So far I installed the latest software from the Flirc website (v1.2.2) and also added the Media. What you can do is to add to Harmony some device profile, for example a TV profile (TV profiles usually have biggest number of keys available) for LG, Samsung or Panasonic TV (choose the one you don't have physically in your home) and then use Flirc GUI to assign keyboard combinations you need, for example CTRL+F6 you've mentioned, to remote buttons you want. Here is my current setup with a Harmony 650 and Flirc. In the latest version of the firmware, we added a default XBMC profile so as long as you are running that release, your flirc will work with the harmony without any additional pairing. The MCE keyboard has a complicated protocol which is not supported by Flirc, so you can't use it. Now click and pair the 'wake' button on the keyboard view with the button on your remote you want to use to wake up your machine. Hopefully Harmony will get it together and fix this issue with a software update or a better put together device in the future.You are mixing two things together. In Flirc’s firmware is a built in Kodi profile that can be used with a Logitech Harmony remote immediately. I cant get this to work together for the life of me. It can only be one of two things, the computer, or the remote.
